There's dozens of variations out there, but we keep ours simple:
Monkey Bread
2 or 3 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add biscuit pieces, in batches; toss to coat.
- Place half of the biscuit pieces in a greased tube pan, drizzle with half the butter. Repeat. Sprinkle any remaining cinnamon-sugar on top. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
