Oh Christina, these are absolutely stunning! I've been admiring your posts on CMPro's DP, and you've nearly convinced me to press buy on the (on sale) Nikon 28 1.8g. I'm still debating between that lens and the Sigma 35 1.4...that's the only thing holding me back! You're images are certainly convincing me of the 28's unique look and awesome versatility. Thank you for sharing! I also want to book a trip to Disney now too!
One more thing...your night images with the lights are incredible! It's exciting to soak in all the goodness that you captured with your amazing talent!
i have the worst time trying to find what i need on clickinmoms. when i search for you, i can't seem to find your screen name to send you a message. i'm vanderbilt13 on clickinmoms. i sent a message, apparently to the wrong christina. thankfully, she was kind enough to let me know! :)
Christina, found this post from a link on TPW about using a wide angle on a full-frame and I couldn't NOT comment on these amazing images. I'm struck by a couple of things... first, you have such a beautiful family. Your girls look so happy and healthy and all-American and typical and lucky. I'm just smitten with you anyway and seeing such a beautiful family vacation (and I know it was over a year ago but wow) makes me crush on you even more. Seriously, I'm so happy for you to be able to enjoy something like this. I got all teary! What a sap. And secondly, your photography is just so damn good! Holy cow, woman! There are so many images here that make me melt... the shadow of them holding hands just after walking into the park, the perspective of a child looking up at the castle and the big stairs, that first evening b/w shot, the red shoes... just wow. <3<3<3 Thank you for always being such an inspiration to me in so many ways.

ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful. My favorite is the one of your girls going down the stairs at Cinderella's Castle. Lovely!
