8/12: {The Way I View} Playtime

After centering the first 7 of our monthly project posts around Thing 1 and Thing 2, I'm taking a brief hiatus from photos of my girls.  Because last month, "playtime" for me and my husband meant our very first getaway without kids in tow!  We celebrated our 10th anniversary the same way we celebrated our 1st: wine-tasting with our best friends.  Back then it was California, but this trip reminded me of something I've known since I was a little girl: not much beats summertime in Northern Michigan.  Eat your heart out, Napa.  Blessed and proud to be a (Pure ☺) Michigan-der.  Cheers!
