I can't remember exactly when our tradition first started, but it was born in the two-butt kitchen of an old apartment, long before any of these little ones came along. Back then, the cookies looked a bit more polished --except for the boys' more, ahem, "creative" contributions-- and there were a few thousand less sprinkles on the floor at the end of the evening. But we of course welcome our pint-sized helpers and the (frost-a-little-lick-a-lot) germs they bring to the party.

First off all - those aprons are PERFECTION!! So adorable :) Amazing photo series - perfectly depicts the night and makes me feel like I was really there!! It took me a minute to realize that was Kelly with the girls :) Makes me happy to see them!!! What a great tradition - and Merry Christmas!
